Connors’ career win-loss record of 1241-277 (81.75%) is third after Bjorn Borg (82.7%) and Ivan Lendl (81.8%), and he holds the record for total number of wins for a male player.

Jimmy Connors Tennis GreatJimmy won three year-end championship titles, including two WCT Finals and one Masters Grand Prix. He also won 18 Championship Series titles (1973–1984). In his 1979 autobiography, Jack Kramer, the long-time tennis promoter and great player himself, ranked Connors as one of the 21 best players of all time.

Connors has also served as a commentator and analyst for the Tennis Channel since the 2009 US Open tournament.
